The direct-lift plane sliding is mainly composed of the brake frame, the gate, the hanging seat and the tightly-tight inclined iron. In order to overcome the shortcomings of the previous steel door corrosion, the gate frame and the gate plate are all made of cast iron, and the gate frame is composed of the upper beam, the lower beam, the left straight beam and the right straight beam. For the convenience of manufacture, transportation and installation, the ram is generally assembled from the upper and lower parts according to its size or height.
According to the shape of the gate, the gate is divided into two categories: PZ plate and PGZ arch. The specific selection can be comprehensively compared and determined according to the size of the gate hole, the pressure head, the opening and closing type, and the weight of the gate.
According to the combination of the structure of the gate, the gate is divided into two types: integral type and assembled type. Small-sized gates are generally made in one piece, but the gates of construction installation points with poor mechanical transportation conditions can also be assembled to facilitate manual transportation. Gates of medium size and above can generally be assembled.
