The basic parameters of the valve are mainly nominal diameter, nominal pressure, pressure-temperature grade, and so on.
1. Nominal diameter. The nominal diameter is the nominal diameter of the connection between the valve and the pipe. It is expressed in D/V and numbers. If DN150, it indicates that the valve nominal diameter is 150mm, which is the main parameter of the valve.
2. Nominal pressure. Nominal pressure refers to the design given pressure related to the mechanical strength of the valve. It is the maximum working pressure allowed at the reference temperature of the valve. It is represented by PN and numbers. Such as PNl.6. It shows that the valve's carrying capacity is 1.6MPa, which is the basic parameter of the valve.
3. Pressure and temperature rating. When the valve operating temperature exceeds the reference temperature of the nominal pressure, its working pressure must be reduced accordingly. The valve operating temperature and the corresponding maximum operating pressure change table referred to as "temperature and pressure gauge" is the reference for valve design and selection. Because the oil depot makes common valve products: self-operated pressure regulating valve, butterfly valve, ball valve.
